The Wood River Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) strives to create solutions for our communitites and our natural resources. The Wood River RC&D serves South Central Idaho Blaine, Camas, Gooding and Lincoln counties.
RC&D is a unique program that helps people care for and protect their natural resources in a away that will improve the area's economy, envrionment and living standards. Diverse groups of local volunteers are brought together in a unique partnership to find solutions to problems.
The Wood River RC&D outlines their goals on an annual basis. Our goals and objectives can be measured in our 2008 Work Plan. Our current goals and descriptions are I. Land Conservation II. Water Management III. Community Development IV. Land Management and V. Other Activities.
